Staying local this spring break? Take advantage of this great service opportunity for students ages 12-18.
Help plan and lead an Escape Room Challenge at the Gibsonville Public Library during spring break! We’ll meet 12pm – 2pm Monday, April 22nd through Friday, April 26th to plan out the escape room. Then, we will open the Escape Room Challenge to the public from 2pm – 5pm on Friday afternoon. Lunch will be provided during 12pm meetings Monday – Friday, and students can use this experience toward service hours required for school, clubs, or other organizations.
General outline of the week:
Monday: Intro and Brainstorming
Tuesday: Theme/Story Creation
Wednesday: Puzzle development and Supplies list
Thursday: Making physical assets
Friday: Set up and practice runs (12-2pm) Escape room is LIVE for participation (2-5pm)
